Hi I’m Juliet, and I know what it’s like to suffer from chronic pain.


An injury as a young child left me with years of pain and immobility in my neck. Western medicine doctors couldn’t pinpoint the problem and didn’t take me seriously, so they did not provide me with real solutions. But the pain I felt was real, and seriously limited what I could do and how I felt about life. I didn’t want to give up skiing, playing music or doing all the other fun stuff I love! I tried massage, chiropractic, acupuncture—all kinds of alternative medicine before I found Rolfing and finally got my life back. It has helped me so much, and that's why I became a Rolfer...I love seeing how much it can help others get out of pain.

Getting Older Doesn’t Have to Mean Getting Slower

As we get older it’s likely you’ll find yourself in a care-taking role if you’ve got grandkids, or a spouse with health issues. Ongoing pain in your feet or legs can prevent going on long walks or keeping up with everyone, causing weight gain because you can't get your exercise.
